Perry Davis brings decades of hands on experience helping Head Start programs navigate complex fiscal and compliance requirements. As CEO of The Management Institute LLC, Perry specializes in federal grants and cooperative agreements, grant writing, and helping organizations modernize their financial processes. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance and a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management, both from Jackson State University.
Perry serves as an adjunct instructor with the Academy at the National Head Start Association and has conducted workshops at the national, regional, and state levels for Head Start associations across the country. Known for his practical, direct teaching style, Perry focuses on helping programs understand not only what the regulations require but how to operationalize those requirements successfully within real world Head Start environments.
